Heiwadai station is in Tokyo's Nerima ward, along the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho and Fukutoshin lines. The Yurakucho stop opened in 1983, and the Fukutoshin in 2008. On the Yurakucho line, trains head toward Ikebukuro, Yurakucho, and Shin-Kiba, or Wakoshi and Shinrin-Koen. The Fukutoshin trains head toward Ikebukuro, Shinjuku Sanchome, and Shibuya, or Wakoshi and Shinrin-Koen as well. (Between Wakoshi and Kotake Mukaibara, the lines share the same tracks.)
Platforms and gates are connected by elevators, escalators, and stairs for most exits. There is an accessible bathroom by the ticket gates. Average daily ridership is 43,929.
Places to see
There are many spots of note near Heiwadai. Toho Leisure Plaza has many things to do for entertainment, from board games and ping-pong to billiards and arcades. The 3rd and 4th floor are a Don Quixote store. The game corner can be rented by the hour.
