Station overview
Namamugi station is in Yokohama city's Tsurumi ward, and on the Keikyu main line. The station opened in 1905, and sees 29,000 riders per day. It used to be an express stop but is now a local station only The station is not that large, but has elevators and an accessible bathroom. The station is named after an old toponym used in this area during the Meiji period.

One of the most famous spots near Namamugi station is the Kirin Beer Yokohama factory. Here you can take a tour and see how their beers and various drinks are made.
