This year there will be several big parties for Halloween in Tokyo on October 31st.

There will be one in Ageha Night Club in Shin-Kiba and if you have an interesting costume then you would enter for free (Regular price is 3500yen), and there will be another party at Womb in Shibuya.

Everyday the trees seem to be getting paler colour, however; it’s the beauty of this season! Although Ueno Park hasn’t been getting any autumn leaves yet, last weekend in Nikko most of the trees had change colour and they were absolutely gorgeous! Hiking and going to an Onsen in this season are some of the great activities that we can enjoy while living in Japan–Happy Autumn to Everyone:)

Recently I moved into a new room with Oakhouse and the staff have been quite helpful! To my surprise, I had to sleep on a bed full of tiny bugs that bite at night for several nights until I had to ask the Oakhouse staff to remove the bed and if possible bring a cleaner one. They were very considerate about it and immediately called a furniture shop to replace the bed in my room and after a week I was able to get my clean new bed. The Oakhouse staff were waiting for the delivery staff even before me by our house and as I just got in from work the staff were already setting it up. They have bent backwards for me several times and I really appreciate their kindness!
