Why not experience a slightly different kind of summer festival this year?

We’ve got plenty of exciting activities to get you in the festive mood, from yukata (summer kimono) rentals to shaved ice, food booths, lively Bon-odori dancing, and stage performances! You can also enjoy the unique culture of a sharehouse with art displays inside the building and a flea market.

Whether you're thinking "that looks interesting" or "I'd love to meet new people," everyone is more than welcome to join on a casual whim! We're creating a warm, vibrant space and can't wait to see you all there!

Fee: 1,000 yen (Includes food and drinks)
*Free for Appartement Asaka residents (includes a 500 yen food ticket).

Who can join: Anyone is welcome! (People who do not currently live in Oakhouse are also welcome!)
