When do I need to apply to move out by?
If you wish to cancel your room, you must submit a move-out request at least one month (two weeks for dormitories) prior to the desired cancellation date.
If you wish to request a date later than that, you may set a date at your discretion.
Example: In the case of a single room
[Desired cancellation date] October 31st ⇒ [Deadline for move-out request] October 1st
[Desired cancellation date] October 25th ⇒ [Deadline for move-out application] September 26th.
