Is there bedding items?

There is a bed and mattress in each room; however, bedding is not provided initially.

You can either bring your own bedding, or rent it as outlined below.

The rental fee is only required for the first month. You can use the bedding as long as you like, or until you move out.

Bed pad: ¥2,200

*For hygiene reasons, we ask all residents to purchase a bed pad.

Rental bedding; ¥17,600 (optional)

Set includes:

Comforter and cover

Pillow and pillowcase

Bed sheets

​◎single floor futon

◎For rooms that do not have beds, the rental set includes a floor futon.

​*There is specific bedding for each bed size, so unfortunately you cannot choose the type.
