Contract cancellation
If you would like to cancel the contract, you must provide advance notice at least 1 month prior to the day you would like to move out. (At least 2 weeks for dormitories.)
Even if you actually move out within a month after you apply to move out, a full month of rent is required from the day you actually applied. (Example: application date October 5th -> earliest cancellation date November 4th)
