How to pay rent?
In general, payment is made by bank transfer from a Japanese bank account.
For foreign residents who do not have an account in Japan, payment can be made by credit card/debit card or international bank transfer (both through flywire), or after your arrival in Japan paying by PayEasy or by cash bank transfer from a Mizuho bank ATM is also possible.
Japanese nationals who make a reservation from overseas can make the first payment by credit card (VISA or Master Card), but after arrival in Japan payment must be made by bank transfer.
The contract holder will be responsible for any transfer or exchange fees.
