What is the deadline to pay initial fees?
The deadline for initial payment is 3 banking business days after you have passed the personal inspection.
If your move-in date is before that, please pay initial fees before you move in.
The rent for the next month is due each month on the 27th (or the previous weekday, when the 27th is a weekend or holiday).
