Do I have to move in at a certain time of day?

You can move in between 10:00 and 18:00 Monday through Sunday. (Excluding year-end Japanese holidays)

If you will arrive outside these hours due to delays in transportation or if the house manager's schedule is full, you can arrange to move in without a manager present.
