Tell me about the meter reading period for utilities.
Meter readings are taken prior to the contract end date. The usage fee is calculated based on the period of the meter reading, and any excess costs will be invoiced when the next contract is announced.
When moving out, the calculation is made at the time of attendance (or after-the-fact confirmation if attendance is not possible) and is based on the number of days since the last meter reading.
