Yokohama is on the Tokyo Bay, in the east of Kanagawa prefecture. It has a unique history and a high degree of diversity.
There are many places in Yokohama where you can feel the mood of many different countries and cultures. Perhaps the most famous spot in Yokohama is its very own Chinatown, with over 200 restaurants serving authentic Chinese food. Area information of SakuragichoStation

Sakuragicho station is on the JR Negishi and Yokohama subway blue lines. Until 2004 it was accessible through the Tokyu Toyoko line, but now it is part of the Minato Mirai line extension. The history of Sakuragicho station is as long as the history of railways in Japan. The first railway line in Japan began in 1872, connecting Shinbashi to Yokohama, and Yokohama station was where Sakuragicho station is today.
