Are there any fees when I move out?
There is no penalty fee.
However, rent will be charged until the date of cancellation (minimum 1 month from the move-out application date / 2 weeks for dormitories) regardless of the move-out date.
In addition, if there is any damage or cigarette odor in the room at the time of moving out or at the time of post-move-out check, you may be charged for repair costs, wallpaper replacement costs, and cleaning costs.
