To what extent do rooms need to be cleaned and tidied when moving out?
Please clean during the period of occupancy by yourself.
Please provide your own rags and detergent for cleaning.
You are not allowed to leave any items or trash behind, including furniture you brought in.
If you are disposing of oversized garbage, please make arrangements as soon as possible to have it picked up before the move-out date.
Please refrain from leaving unneeded items in the common areas as take-away items for other residents.
We have seen many items left behind after the move-out date, so please give them directly to someone else or dispose of them properly.
