Is there a cancellation fee?
If you decide to cancel after you have filled out the move-in application form, there is a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy
Cancel between 1 month to 8 days prior to contract start
50% of contract fee for the room
Cancel within 7 days prior to contract start
100% of contract fee for the room
*Even in cases where you have received a discount on the contract fee, a cancellation fee equivalent to the normal contract fee will be charged.
