When can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation for a vacant room or a room with an expected vacancy any time.
Depending on the vacancy status, the contract starting date (i.e., the date that rent begins) may differ. Rent for the 1st month will be calculated daily starting from the date the contract begins.

Oakhouse requires 1 month advance notice if you wish to move out.
Therefore you may find rooms that best fit your needs if you search about 1 month before your expected move-in.
