If it is possible for Oakhouse to sign a contract after the contract end date, we will send you an email in advance to confirm your intention to sign a new contract.
If you wish to stay for a long term, you can continue to live in the apartment by signing a contract according to our guidance.
It is possible to sign a short-term contract of less than 6 months.
However, even if you sign a short-term contract, if you wish to terminate the contract at the end of the contract (or during the contract period), you will need to make a move-out application at least one month prior to the desired date.
