I want to change the name of the person on the contract
There is a contract-holder change process when changing from a corporate to a private contract, or when switching the contract holder in a 2-person contract.

❶ Tell us your house name, room number, name of current contract holder, name of desired contract holder, and desired change date.
❷Fill out the move-in application form. (The new potential contract holder is subject to a mandatory personal inspection.)
❸ After passing the inspection, pay the necessary fees
❹ An online contract will be sent to you, so please fill out and conclude the contract.
