Tell me the procedure if I have to move out when my contract expires.
A move-out application is always required, even if you wish to cancel or move out on the end date of your current contract.
If you wish to cancel your room, move-out application must be made at least one month (two weeks for dormitory rooms) prior to the desired cancellation date.
You can arbitrarily specify a date more than one month in advance.
Example: In the case of a single room
Contract end date] October 31st ⇒ [Deadline for move-out application] October 1st
Contract end date] October 25 => [Deadline for move-out application] September 26
