【Procedure】

1. preliminary explanation of the fixed-term lease contract

　You will receive a preliminary explanation of the contract from our customer support team via telephone or video call. 

2. electronic contract GMO Sign

　You will receive an email from GMO Sign and confirm the details of the contract. 

3. contract signing Completion

・First-time applicants who have selected electronic contracting as their contracting method.

　Please note that even if you have requested an electronic contract, we may, at our own discretion, guide you through the process of signing a contract in person.

　Please understand this in advance.

・For tenants whose contract term is about to expire and who need to sign another contract.

　In principle, we will guide you through the contract electronically.
