If you lose your key

If you have lost your key, please contact the Oakhouse main office by 16：00.

We will confirm the key storage area.

Keys can be lent during reception hours (weekdays 10:00 to 17:30), and only at the designated location.

When borrowing a key from the main office, a ¥10,000 cash deposit is required. (Electronic money and credit cards not accepted)

Please note that the key storage and safe automatically lock at 18:00, so if you arrive at the key storage location later than 18:00, you will not be able to borrow the key until the following business day. As a general rule, keys cannot be lent/borrowed at the house except in case of emergency.

Also, the borrowed key can only be returned at the designated location. Keys cannot be handed over to staff at the house. If it is an emergency outside business hours, please contact a locksmith yourself.

However, you will be billed separately for any damage incurred to the door, lock, or key as a result of the locksmith. 

If you hire a locksmith, please let Oakhouse know. You may inform us before or afterward.
