Tell me the procedure from reservation to moving in

From reservation to moving in
❶ Select your desired room and move-in date.
❷Check the vacancy information for your desired room, then contact Oakhouse staff.
❸Fill out the move-in application form. (The URL will be sent to you in an email.)
※Cancellation policy will be applied at this point.
❹Allow 3 to 4 days for a move-in personal inspection.
❺After passing inspection, pay the total initial fees. (Your reservation is confirmed at this point.)
❻Set up a time on your move-in date to meet with the house manager.
❼Finalize the contract procedure at the house on the day you move in. (Fill out the contract, receive the key, etc.)
