Do I have to make my own contracts for utilities like gas, water, and electricity?
A. No, you do not have to make your own contracts.
We have already made contracts for the whole building, so you do not need to make your own utility contracts. You can only have to pay a fixed monthly fee (* depending on the room type) separately from the rent, as maintenance fee
