I would like to know the initial cost.
A. If signing between 1st and 20th of the month → initial management fee + calculated daily rent
If signing between 21st and 31st of the month → initial management fee + calculated daily rent + 1 month of rent
Starting from the following month, please pay the maintenance fee as well.
