As many of you may already know, on June 6th is such a big deal for Americans.
One of their strong point Normandy, which is a city. Normandy is a strong hole. American troops went Europe by kind of Submarine. It was not submarine, like between submarine and boat. The problem was they had guns lining all of shore trained on the American. They are gunning them down. The only way that we can go through the stronghold is straight through. There is no obstacle or barriers. We got load down, just killed hundred men. They had to capture Normandy, because Normandy was a stronghold. If you wanted to hurt other forces, if you wanna make real good damage, we had to take Normandy. So we sinned all of our troops we lost so many troops for one day. Just constant gunfire. We eventually got on land, we finally beat them, but we lost so many people on one day. America did win, they took stronghold which is Normandy. America took that area. It’s called ford base. Ford base is something when you take 拠点 on the enemy side. So that where you can go through, and you can send supplies cause it is safe. So we had a victory but it was so costly. It was analog, it was just men with guns. It was Normandy landings were the landing operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 of the Allied invasion of Normandy.
